Ottawa PP Explodes in blowout over Flames

The Ottawa Senators went 4 for 4 on the powerplay last night in their lashing of the Flames, 8-2. Fred Brathwaite held strong in net with another big victory and will get the start AGAIN tonight as the "starter" Roman Turek is being called a PUSSY from most of his peers and fans for being too damn tired to start for the 6th game in a row.

The offensive explosion of the Senator offense is baffling. Brendan Morrison and Petr Nedved both ended their slumps last night notching one goal a piece. The offensive assault was led by Alexei Smirnov with 1 goal and 2 assists, and newly acquired Jere Lehtinen who had 2 goals in the game.

Another bright spot was Pierre Marc-Bouchard who only played 6 minutes but managed to tally 1 goal and 1 assist to extend his point streak to 3 games.

Tom Poti, Alexei Zhitnik, Michael Ryder and Roman "The Lazy Ass" Turek are all still 'injured' and are not expected to be in the lineup tonight versus the Canadiens so Ottawa is looking to repeat last nights performance with the same cast. With the Senator PP ranked 5th in the CLUTCH, the only advice to Montreal would be STAY OUT OF THE BOX!
