The Boston Bruins Season Preview - Centers
With the review of the centers complete, the recap is pretty clean.
Jiri Jakes and Pierre-Luc Edmond will likely see no action with the pros, or only massive injury fill-in time, if even that. Andy Hilbert could serve as a short term gap for a strained muscle, though probably not an extended injury. Tomas Kopecky and Shawn McEachern will contend for the fourth line spot, with the nod apparently going to Kopecky at this time.
The Bruins are confident in their top three centers, and expect to trot them out as Koivu, Connolly, then McDonald, but reserve the right to change that at will.
