Oilers show Confidence with a Healthy Wager vs Canes

The Oilers are showing their confidence with the new look of the Oilers roster this year. So much confidence in fact that General Manager K. Schmuck of the Oilers has placed a 5 million dollar bet that they will out perform the Carolina Hurricanes this upcoming season. 2 million goes to the team who does better on the Carolina vs Edmonton season series, another 2 million goes to the team with the better regular season performance and 1 more million to the team who does better in the playoffs. Are the canes players open to bribes that GM Mark Lohaus doesn't know about? or are the Oilers just that confident they are the better team this year?
