Kariya goes to Oilers

In a blockbuster deal this afternoon, GM Schmuck of the Edmonton Oilers announced the acquistion of star Left Winger Paul Kariya. Anaheim obviously in a rebuilding mode decided to take on the likes of young Center Mike Comrie, young Left Winger Jani Rita and Oilers Junior team's top defensman Lynch. Kariya is expected to start on the 1st line with Allison and Tucker, A combination most are only accustomed to seeing the in All-Star game will now be together side-by-side game after game. Kariya scored 98 pts last season with the Ducks and is the biggest addition yet to the Oilers line-up.
