Oilers fall to Sharks

In the 3rd and final game of Edmonton's season opening road trip Wednesday, The Oilers fell to the San Jose sharks 7-4, Making the Oilers 1-1-1 so far this season. The Oilers were badly out-shot and out-played end to end. Khabulin was pulled at 7:51 in the 3rd period after letting in 5 goals on 27 shots. On a higher note Frolov had a 4 point game contributing on all 4 of the Oilers goals.

In Junior Oiler play, Edmonton took on their first loss of the season vs. the Junior capitals. McConnell added another point for the Oilers and continues to lead them in points with 5 points so far.
