Oilers Shut-Out Bruins

In an impressive display of offense the Oilers seemed to be back on track today as they faced the last place Boston Bruins, The Oilers led by Frolov, Scored 6 goals in the 1st two periods and never looked back. Khabibulin posted his first shut-out of the season while Aucoin and Frolov tallied 3 points a piece. GM Schmuck hopes this is the type of confidence booster the Oilers need to get their team back up to their potential.

Alexander Frolov has 10 points in just 5 games and leads all Left Wingers. Frolov who was acquired in exchange for Gagne has been a nice surprise on the Oilers 2nd line. On the other side Allison has been off to a slow start and if managment doesn't see his performance pick up soon there might be some big changes up front.
