Call-ups begin

The Boston Bruins, whose farm club was simply terrible last season, faces the unenviable task of decided what to do with some of the bums for the coming year.

"First off, we want to applaud Mark Lohaus for his proposal to extend the Junior Age limit," Anderson stated in a press conference to discuss the farm team. "Not only is it prudent in the face of the concerns he laid out, but it is going to be beneficial to the Bruins organization and hopefully to those players."

The Bruins farm system performed even worse than the parent club did, managing just over a .300 winning percentage. Jordan Sigalet took the brunt of the abuse in net, accounting for nearly eight-five percent of the losses behind a defense which featured a maturing - though still developing - Andrej Meszaros, who no one would confuse with a future talent for his time in Providence. Zach Tarkir was the only mediocre performing defenseman on the roster, a sure sign of trouble for the goalie.

"We will be thoroughly evaluating all talent in the Junior System and expect to have decisions on the majority by sunrise. This is what we call a Goofball Night back home," Anderson mused. "We're all gonna be hopped up on goofballs, and we'll see what develops."
