With a win tomorrow against the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Buffalo Sabres will take possession of the second seed by a tiebreaker over the Penguins having won two games to the Penguins one in their current season tally.

If they were to beat the Pittsburgh Penguins tomorrow night it wouldn’t mean sooth sailing for the Sabres, it would only mean they have to win the next two games to extend their lead over the Penguins and other Wales Conference Teams. However a loss against the Penguins would spell must win games for their next two games as they go up against the Montreal Canadiens (21-18-3) at home and than the Carolina Hurricanes (21-24-7) on the road. Both teams are bubble teams for playoffs, which means they will be playing their hearts out and will give the Buffalo Sabres a run for their money.
