Bruins fans are hungry for hockey, charity

Wal-Mart, Lay’s, the Boston Bruins, Boston Bruins Charities and NBC WHDH are teaming up to feed Bruins’ fans hunger for hockey with the "Hungry For Hockey" dinner on Monday, February 27. The OM Restaurant & Lounge, located at 57 JFK St, Cambridge, will host the event which will raise money for Boston Bruins Charities.

Bruins GM Joshua Anderson is scheduled to attend "Hungry For Hockey" along with captains Jochan Hecht, Keith Tkachuk, and Tim Connolly. The voice of Bruins hockey, Dave Goucher, will serve as master of ceremonies for the evening.

Admission to the event is $50 for adults and $25 for kids under age 12. For the admission price, participating fans will get to meet and collect autographs from the Bruins in attendance and enjoy a full meal from the OM Restaurant & Lounge, known as "Harvard Square restaurant's high-concept interior and creative cuisine attempt to set the standard for Zen dining". Proceeds from the event go to Boston Bruins Charities.

Attendance is limited to the first 200 fans who register. Blackhawk fans can make their reservations by calling the ticket office at 555-PUCK.

"Hungry For Hockey" begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. Players and coaches appearing are subject to change.
