Disgruntled Rangers Blow cash for JRs

The Rangers opened their wallet last night and picked up some young bodies to fill out their vacant junior team. 1.75 million dollars later they still had 9 violations and had not added a single player of note.

"I posted a rule chane suggestion that would have saved everyone headaches and money but apparently not enough people were interested," said a clearly frustrated Burns.
