The JR Race is On! Pro team starts young goalies

GM Schmucky is thanking God for their being no JR suspensions for DF camp this week as he sent Brian O'Hanley, a first line defender, and Max Gordichuk in the heat of a JR title race.

Ottawa is looking good with a 5-3-2 record in their last ten that has them 4 points ahead of the Carolina Jr's with a game in hand. They are also just one point out of first overall, trailing those nasty Flames both with equal games played.

The Sens bring their game into Montreal tonight to face the very respectable Canadiens who are in a heated battle for a playoff spot. Schmucky hopes that the return of injured RW Chris Kelley will give their squad a much needed scoring boost tonight as he has been out for 3 weeks and is still 3rd on the team in scoring.

The Pro Senators have apparently given 26 year old Mathieu Chouinard the start in net tonight backed by Konstantin Gorovikov. They are trying to take a look at their young goalies as they move toward next season and would like to see if they can compete at this level.
