New Juniors Join Sens

The newly drafted Junior Senators showed up to camp today and were greeted by.....well, nobody! Why might you ask? Because they are not expected to do too well this season and frankly, they stink.

The only Junior who may have some promise on the squad this year is overaged draftee Igor Volkov. Oddly given the number 1 (who the hell knows why)Volkov boasts a fairly high 66Scoring rating. For a player that was described as a great 2 way winger, Volkov seemed to aquire 1 way rates. His Scoring, passing and skating are decent but everything else is sub-par. Let's see what Schmucky can do with 1 year of camp eligibility and a possible midseason rerate.

Versteeg and Young both have fairly low ratings across the board. Young has a high intensity level and defensive rating but not much of anything else. However, these fellas are only 18 yrs old and thus, have 5 solid years of camps ahead of them. GM Schmucky cannot wait to start loading and developing these young future stars!
