Columbus junior beginning to shine

A recent trade brought Columbus Danny Fritsche. However, Dan as he likes to be called, never knew why he was tagged with Danny coming up through the CHL. " Someone saw me skating around with my old Danny jersey on, and it just stuck. I prefer Dan, but i guess i respond to Danny."

Dan Fritsche has worked really well with the Junior coaching staff and has increased his level of ability. The rewards Fritsche will provide Columbus will probably not be seen for at least a year, but Fritsche will instantly become a fan favorite in Nationwide.

Fritsche has raised his physical play, playing better defense, and really thriving on special teams, his 4 power play goals really shows this. Phillipe Dupuis is Fritsche's linemate, and roomate with the club, and commented, " Dan is really ready for this, he's always prepared, he's very coachable, ive been here for awhile now and im just amazed at his determination. He's really becoming an engine for us."

At his current pace, Fritsche could notch around 70-75 points, and will likely end up on the top line sooner than later.
