Canucks pleased after RFA period

Well after the initial shock of seeing a lot of the future decide to test the market the Canucks are pleased to see 3 youngster sign long term.
Alex Ault who the Canucks hope can take over the #1 spot was resigned after a bid for him came in from Washington.With veteran Manny Legase already patroling the crease there Ault figured that coming home was a better situation for him.Canuck,s management has all but handed Ault the starting job.Lets see if the youngster can step up his game and help the Canucks land a playoff spot.
Also signed to new deals were Andreas Holmqvist and Evgeny Gladskikh to long term deals.Holmqvist should help our powerplay and teamed up with Jordan Leopold should improve that fasist of our game.Gladskikh will patrol the 4th line and hopefully will be ready to move up the depth chart next season.
next up is the draft and the Canucks scouts have been scouring the country for some young talent.We will see if their hard work will pay off with a few gems.
