Flyers suffer another beatdown

The supposedly big bad Flyers rode into town and were hammered 8-2 by the hometown hero,s.The Canucks called up some of their tougher farmhands to show the Flyers that the Canucks wont be pushed around. Not only did they stand up to them it seemed the Flyers didnt want any part of them.

Not only did they get the Flyers to back down the farmers called up totally dominated them in every aspect of the game.

In the first 10 minutes of the game the Canucks got goals from Rachunek,Zubruis,Knuble and Kavanagh. It was a total dominance of the Flyers that showed the eastern writers that the west was not a division to be messed with.Burnett followed Kavanegh,s goal with his 1st of the season also and a mad celebration ensuied.The guys called up to protect the more timid Canucks were dominating the game.The Flyers backed down as most bvullies do when confronted by men willing to fight back.
3rd period goals by Zednik ,Rachunek and Douville rounded out an eventfull 8-2 win.Canuckss coaching staff was impressed with the total domination of the eastern supposedly badboys. The game was no contest and the Flyers wanted no part of the Canuck tough guys .
The canucks visit the high flying Flames in their next outing.I doubt hey will play as bad as the Flyers.
