Sparks Fly as Thilbault Sits
Coach Roger Neilson's decision to sit verteran 'tender Jocelyn Thilbault in favour of former number 1 Mike Duhnam resluted in a tempertantrum by Thilbault in the dressing room today. Thilbault began screaming accusations of sabotage at Mike Dunham while overturning the trainers table and smashing several goalie sticks.
Reporters overheard the following tirade before the dressing room door was shut and they were escorted out by security.
"Every time I eat I mysteriously get sick, my tires were slashed, my phone rings incessently in the middle of the night which keeps me awake and I'M being benched! I'm being sabotaged by this psycho."
A noticably sombre Coach Neilson addressed the media afterwards, and when queried about the conflict denied it existed.
"Mike and Jocelyn are both important guys on our team and both deserve playing time. They're both happy to be in a platoon situation. They get along quite well. Dunham won us a few games, he's been hot, so we're going with him. Jocelyn's been a little ill so we're giving him the night off. That's it. There's not controversy here."
