Canucks frustrate Canes

The Carolina Hurricanes continued their long long road trip with a trip into Vancouver. This was the 9th game of a 10 game road trip to open the season.Canes management isnt happy about this especially since its due to a Redneck convention that has taken over the city for over a month. Its a terrible time for us right now and i hope all theose beer drinkin vermin get out of the city when we arrive homesaid a downtrodden Mark Lohaus.

The game started well for the Canes as Danny Heatly scored his 4th of the year from Jokenin and Boucher. After that it was all downhill for the visitors. Rick Nash scored a shorty at 7;43 with the assist ,s going to Richards and Knuble. That is very strange since Knuble was in the penalty box at the time.Nash gave the Canucks the lead on a powerplay goal at 17;09.It was a lead that they wouldnt give up.

The Canucks scored the last 3 goals of the game.Zednik,Knuble and Gladskikh rounded out the scoreing. On a side note the Canucks lost Rick Nash and Jason King to injuries. This will test our team to see if we need to go looking around for some lw depth. The Redwings are next on the hitlist.
